Shipping Policy

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers across the world every day, and we strive to provide you with services of the highest level.

The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Frame：10-50 Days Shipping / Wheels: 10-40 Days Shipping / Rims: 7-25 Days Shipping/Simple and complex customization and size are related to the delivery time. For specific delivery matters, we will make an online statement to the buyer.

About shipping

1.If buyers choose the free shipping, we will ship the goods through EMS or our own shipping companies.

2.For Belgium / Italy / Spain / Germany / France / Portugal / UK / Netherlands and other countries in Europe, we recommend the shipping by DHL / TNT, or UPS duty-free shipping.

3.Once the goods are sent out, we will provide the tracking number of the shipping.

4.For the goods, buyers should receive them personally, rather than others.

5.When receiving the goods, please check the out packages whether they are completed or not. If there are some damage in the out packages, please open the packages to check if there are any damages on the products.

6.If there are damages on the products, please do not receive the goods, and require the staff to return the goods to EMS warehouse.

7.If damages are found after receiving by others, please contact EMS staff within 24 to 48 hours for verification. And please take actions of keeping evidence or other measures like taking photos evidence.

8.If buyers received the goods without notifying EMS staff and retaining the goods damage evidence, the buyers are responsible for the losses. Both the seller and EMS company is not responsible for any losses.
